Polite and helpful staff, good value, comfortable rooms, excellent housekeeping, nice breakfast included.

For us it was ideal.

Great proximity to local attractions and amazing food at the restaurant, not to mention the impressive heritage hall for events. the front desk staff was also serviceable and welcoming.

Despite the charming ambiance, the room air conditioning unit failed to operate correctly, and it took a bit of time to rectify. the room was not adequately maintained, and the furniture was worn.

Spent new year here. The food was superb, and the atmosphere was amazing. Great location, with easy access to shopping centers and other entertainment spots. The staff was friendly and accommodating, making our stay even more enjoyable. The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable, which added to the overall pleasant experience.

There were a couple of downsides to our stay. The bar was quite dark and dingy, not an ideal place to relax and unwind.
